My Role
Core responsbilities
Mental health assessment is important because it provides a comprehensive understanding of an individual's psychological well-being, helping to identify potential issues and guid appropriate interventions. For customers, an initial assessment is necessary to determine if any symptoms are present and what steps should be taken next.
Our mental health assessment pages have been among the most highly trafficked, with thousands of visitors in the past 30 days. However, the arrival-to-lead conversion rate remains low, indicating room for optimization in encouraging users to take the next step.
1. If we display actionable steps and insights on the Journey page, more clients will visit the page regularly because there will be useful content for them to review each time they visit.
2. If we improve the presentation and interpretation of the clinical assessment results, clients will be more likely to
complete them in the future because their use and value will be clearer.
3. If we increase engagement with the progress page, it will increase activation & follow up visits because people will better understand their mental health progress and feel motivated to keep working towards their outcomes.
1. Offer clear and actionable steps to help users understand how to continue making progress in their mental health journey
2. Present the latest session summary, recent activities, and an overview of the user's clinical assessment score progression to enhance engagement
3. Provide self-guided resources to help users learn more about mental health and steps they can take to keep improving

Entry points
Even though the project is still in the implementation phase and hasn’t launched yet, we’ve received 100% positive feedback from six users. We believe this initiative has strong potential to enhance weekly page/tab visit rates, page click rates, and assessment completion rates.
All six users highly valued the assessment results and found a holistic view of their symptoms and overall well-being extremely helpful. They also appreciated having a dedicated space to celebrate progress and achievements. Additionally, they preferred their results to be personalized to their own measures of success and presented in a clear, easily digestible format.
Agile and adapt: Since this project is highly complex, covering various user groups—including medication users, therapy users, and those using both—across Android, iOS, and responsive web, it's crucial to ensure all use cases are accounted for. I've learned that staying agile and remaining open to adjusting the plan based on new insights is key.
Limit variants & avoid scope creep: I've learned that variations should only be implemented when absolutely necessary and must remain scalable across Android, iOS, and web without adding maintenance complexity. Ensure consistency in critical use cases across all platforms to maintain a simple and streamlined user experience.
Prioritize key actions based on diverse user needs: Leverage data-driven insights and real-world feedback to identify the most essential user actions, ensuring a strong focus on core, high-impact features and critical use cases.
